Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your online order for whatever reason, we offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can return your store-bought product to either shop for a credit note or exchange.  Please have proof of purchase ready.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

• Products returned in person to our stores can only be exchanged for a product of the same price, or a credit note.
